I was born in 1975 with passion for food. Ever since I could remember, I shadowed my Grandmother in the kitchen and by the age of five I made my first meal! Scrambled eggs breakfast for my mother on her birthday.
I scribbled and saved every recipe my Grandma prepared and learned her secrets to mixing spices. I admit I am an old school when it comes to cooking; never cut corners and always patient.
Soon after I immigrated to America in 1994, I realized that I have every opportunity to make my dream of becoming a caterer come true and sure enough, thanks to my family and friends who supported me with my big dreams.
My unique background led to a distinctive skill in using herbs and spices that makes my cuisine a true one of a kind. I personally hand pick my ingredients and only use top quality meats and the freshest vegetables and fruits.
My customers are my inspiration; I go out of my way to please them and make their special occasions an unforgettable experience. I am certain that when you try any of my dishes, you will become a repeat customer, I guarantee you that.
